Two ways to sell
Traditional sale
Listed on Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket. My fee is paid only when your sale completes.
Secure Sale
The buyer pays a reservation fee, so you pay no agent fee. Buyers are committed from the start. It isn't right for every home, and I'll tell you if a traditional sale would get you more.
Results
One enquiry on a home I was selling led to three sales. A family in Cimla sold with me in 8 days, above the asking price, and bought their next home through me too. All three completed in September.

If you go ahead with a valuation or sale, your details are also recorded in the agency's property software, used by Morgan Real Estate and eXp UK to run sales. I never sell your details. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) handles ad form data under its own privacy policy.How long I keep it: If we don't go ahead, I delete your details within 12 months of your last contact. If we do, records are kept as the law requires for property sales, including anti-money laundering rules.Your rights: You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Message or email me and I'll deal with it within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
